The Skills Exchange

A strange concept with simple aims:
* Re-discovering basic, everyday skills across the generations that have almost been lost
* ‘Re-skilling’ for self-reliance, self-esteem, and socialising
* The Skills Exchange avoids membership and obligation; come to as many or few sessions as you want, and suggest your own ideas and venues for the next programme.
